I’ve had two very different pieces of cross-stitch framed here; one had no border, but the other had a square border. Stitching is very hard to frame well, but it’s even harder if there’s a border that may need tweaking to get straight lines. In each case, the framing suggestions were spot-on, and the matting and framing were perfect (and perfectly straight and centered!). Highly recommend.

The Great Frame Up was a wonderful place to get our art framed. My husband and I bought two really different pieces of art on vacation. When we got back we used our neighborhood frame shop to frame our art. The shop takes as much time as you need to decide on a frame and presents numerous choices.
